So, who is this Julie Creffield Bird?
Julie Creffield is the award-winning blogger behind The Fat Girls Guide to Running, and founder of Too Fat to Run the global movement which has inspired thousands of women to achieve their goals.
As an established author, motivational speaker and life coach Julie has overcome enormous obstacles in life in order to design a life that truly inspires her.
She is the East London based “No bullshit” life coach for people that “Don’t do life coaching” as she believes too many women are playing small these days and simply not getting out there enough to achieve their dreams.
In 2014 Julie found herself unemployed and a single parent and decided to stop making excuse and take back her life, proving her biggest critics wrong.
Julie has run 3 marathons, a 40-mile ultramarathon and taken part in numerous fitness challenges. She has established herself as a well-respected expert in her field and is a much sought-after international speaker.
